Patrick is an experienced mass tort litigator who has spent over a decade fighting against some of the largest companies in the world. Since 2015, he has handled cases across the country involving defective products — including vehicles, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and cosmetics.

When settlements occur, Patrick provides consulting services to firms to ensure they have the systems in place to effectively administer the settlement and disburse funds to their clients as quickly as possible.
Patrick also serves as a settlement neutral or special master to fairly allocate settlement amounts to individual clients.
